I’m interested in training, but I’m not sure which one to choose.
Choosing the right training is very important, so please take the time to carefully read all the information available here on the website in the “TRAINING” section. If you have any other questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me at any time.

Are all trainings online, or are some held in person?
My trainings are divided into online and offline (in-person) formats.
Offline (in-person) training:

Offline trainings take place in person in Ostrava. Each of the trainings listed above has different content and a different time duration.
Online trainings can be attended at any time. None of the trainings listed above are tied to a specific date or time.

What are the benefits of your training?
I can confidently say that there are truly many benefits. These include in-depth theoretical knowledge, hands-on practice on several models, and personal demonstrations of techniques performed directly on a model.
You also have the opportunity to independently test lower-quality products from various brands on site, helping you avoid wasting money on ineffective products.
The training further includes a certificate, refreshments, product presentations, personal know-how and working techniques, as well as ongoing support even after the training is completed.
After finishing the training, your work is evaluated to support continuous improvement. Your results are also professionally photographed and the images are professionally edited. And much more.

How much does the training cost and where does it take place?
Prices for each training can be found on this website in the “PRICE LIST” section.
Offline (in-person) trainings always take place in Ostrava.

Can I book an individual training with you ?
Absolutely! 😊
If none of the listed dates work for you, or if you would prefer a one-on-one training with just you and me, you can book an individual training.
The main advantage of individual training is, as the name suggests, a personalized approach. It also allows time to focus on additional topics and to adjust the training structure according to your specific needs.

What are the cancellation terms?
Upon registration for any training, conference, or workshop, the deposit is non-refundable. In case of cancellation for any reason, the deposit will not be refunded.

I couldn’t find a suitable date in the booking system. What should I do?
If you couldn’t find a suitable date, please contact me via social media (Instagram @klash_beautycare) or by phone at +420 732 630 403, and we will see if I can accommodate your request.

I need to reschedule or cancel my appointment, but I’m not sure how.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible.
If you booked your appointment through the booking system, you can reschedule or cancel it directly there. If you booked in person, by phone, or by another method, please contact me directly.
Please note that appointments can be rescheduled or cancelled no later than 48 hours before the scheduled time. Otherwise, a cancellation fee of 50% of the lost income will be charged and added to your next visit.

I’m not sure which procedure will be the most suitable for me.
If you are unsure about anything, we are always here for you. You can call or message us, and we will do our best to advise you. However, in most cases, the best option is to arrange an in-person consultation, where we can see you personally, discuss the pros and cons of each procedure, and reach the best possible decision together.

It’s my first brow appointment and I’m not sure what to expect.
Great! 😊 There’s absolutely nothing to worry about. No matter which brow treatment you choose, the experience is mainly about relaxation and enjoying some time just for yourself. You’ll see that when you leave, you’ll feel great, relaxed, and happy with your beautiful new brows.
However, if this is your very first brow appointment, please note that your brows may appear more defined and darker on the first day than they will the following day. This is completely normal, and with future visits it will become a familiar part of the process.
Please also follow the 24-hour aftercare rule: do not get your brows wet, avoid the sauna, gym, and tanning beds. Always sleep on your back and avoid rubbing your brows.
Everything will be explained to you in detail during your appointment.

How should I come prepared for my appointment?
No special preparation is required. However, it is always best to arrive with clean brows/lashes, without makeup. If you do come wearing makeup, that’s absolutely fine – everything will be gently removed on site
.
If you have dry or dehydrated skin, you may apply a nourishing and hydrating cream to your face the evening before your appointment. In all other cases, it is best not to apply any products to your brows or lashes for at least 24 hours before the treatment.

Cash only.

Can I bring my child, partner, or pet with me?
We kindly ask you to attend your appointment on your own. Accompanying persons are not permitted in the salon.

How can I get to your salon?
The salon is located on a busy main street, so you have several convenient options to get here. 😊
By tram:
Get off at Daliborova or Mariánské náměstí. From both stops, it’s approximately a 2-minute walk along the main street.
By car:
You can park in several nearby areas. There are multiple parking lots behind the salon where you can park your car. If these parking lots are full, there is a Billa supermarket nearby, where you can park free of charge.
Important:
When entering the address into your GPS, please make sure to use the full address (28. října 438/219). Otherwise, the navigation may take you to the wrong location.
All parking in the surrounding area is free of charge.
Please note that the salon entrance is on the main street. If you follow GPS navigation, it may guide you to the back of the building—please walk around the building to reach the main street.
